criminal sexual abuse (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 38, par. 12-16(c)(1)(i)). One count alleged that defendant rubbed his penis
against victim's buttocks, while the other alleged that he rubbed her pubic area with his hand. The trial court sentenced
defendant to a term of three years in the Department of Corrections. The appellate court reversed. 234 Ill. App. 3d 578.
