Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-301.1(b)(3) (now 625 ILCS 5/6-301.1(b)(3) (West 1992))). On February 14, 1992, pursuant
to plea negotiations, defendant entered a plea of guilty to the forgery charge, count I.
