Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REINSTATE the defendant's sentence imposed by the Genesee Circuit Court. The sentence was not disproportionate to the seriousness of the offense and the background of the defendant. People v Milbourn, 435 Mich 630, 654-661 (1990). Boyle, J., states as follows:
